Reflexology Sessions

The Royal Touch Reflexology [30 min./ $60] [45 min./ $75] [60 min./$100 ( includes Foot Steam Therapy & sound bath)]

The Royal Touch Reflexology session (the 45- and 60-min. sessions) opens up with some intentional breathing with the use of aromatherapy. The feet and legs then receive a gentle mist of alcohol and an organic herbal blend which is then wiped clean with a warmed steamed towel [or a foot steam treatment as included in the 60-minute session]. This also helps to relax the muscles within the feet. A foot massage is applied along with acupressure to various pressure points to increase circulation, stimulate the immune system and the body’s natural healing response, in addition to relaxation. The longer sessions open and conclude with a mini sound bath session to add a greater sense of relaxation and clearing.

Foot Reflexology with Chakra Reading: 60 Min. /$125. The Aritu/ Gateways/ Chakras / Energy centers are read energetically and assessed to determine whether each is in a blocked /imbalanced state or an open/balanced state. Your Reflexology session will be guided by the reading, which will include the use of crystal therapy and aromatherapy with essential oils.

Moon Cycle Guided Reflexology Session (Appropriate for males and females) 60 min./ $120.
Reflexology is not only relaxing, but it also assists the mind and body with the ability the release and heal. This coincides with the energy of the Full Moon as well, which also brings clarity, closure, and fulfilment. The full moon is a time to release and let go of what no longer serves you so that you can create and welcome new opportunities/ new beginnings. The energy of the New Moon is for setting intentions and manifesting goals.
These Foot Reflexology Moon Cycle sessions will include aroma therapy, sound therapy, the use of various stones and crystals, as well as meditation and affirmations so that your words of power can Empower You.
These sessions will be offered 3 days prior up until 3 days after each new or full moon

Foot Steam Therapy $15 add-on utilizes moisture, humidity and heat to create a wonderful flow of therapeutic steam.
The Foot steam bath is a combination of both hydrotherapy and thermotherapy which creates a good sweat to helps to expel toxins. As the steam emanates, your feet will receive a peppermint or lavender castile sponge bath.

Foot Steaming penetrates the pores of our feet and legs, which increases blood flow thus improves circulation to the whole body by allowing oxygen to circulate as well.

Foot Steaming warms and relaxes the muscles and any muscle tension relieving muscle soreness and stiff joints.

The Foot Steam is an additional $15 add-on to any service. (**Now included in 45 min. & 60 min. sessions)

Chakra Reading and light energy work $45 add-on
The Aritu/ Gateways/ Chakras/ Energy centers are read energetically and assessed to determine whether each is in an imbalanced or balanced state. Some energy work will be shared to assist with any stagnation, in addition to a confidential conversation with support as things/ issues may surface from this session

*A face mask and new pair of fitted nitrile powder-free gloves are worn by the practitioners during each session. Proper hygiene and sanitary practices are also followed both before and after each session.
