Fall Equinox Sound Bath Session
During this small private gathering, we will welcome the seasonal shift of the Fall Equinox and prepare ourselves mentally and emotionally to surrender to mother nature’s guide thus assisting us with our own personal harmonious balance. Our time will conclude with a 60-minute grounding sound bath session with soundstress, MysicalMedu, designed to enhance our intention of being centered and balanced.

During this Equinox gathering, we will also incorporate the principles of Ma'at as a way to remind us of the necessity of incorporating balance in our lives at every stage of change and transition.
